There are 3 stages to be carried out for polishing of propeller:

1. Preparation of surface by removing all marine growth manually with scrapper and follow by polishing with Surface Conditioning Disc of Coarse Grade ( Black ).
   
   
2. After all growth removed, the disc on the Hydraulic Polisher will be replaced with a Medium Grade (Brown)ones and to polish the whole surface again.
   
   
3. Lastly, Disc of Super Fine Grade (Green) will be used for the final polishing
